How To Make Strawberry Cream Pie Recipe
A scrumptious dessert with a flaky crust, creamy filling and juicy strawberries on top!

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges.

Bake the pie crust for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract together until smooth. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the cream mixture into the cooled pie crust.

Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream layer.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
