Copycat Wendy’s Easy Six-Minute Fudge Recipe

This is a basic recipe for fudge, but there are also tons of great ideas to make lots of variations!


Make your own version of the all-time favorite Wendy's Fudge in less than 30 minutes. It is super easy to make and will be a great dessert to serve at parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 10 large marshmallows
  • cup milk, not sweetened condensed evaporated
  • 1 stick butter, cut into small pieces. (Do not substitute margarine)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 11 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Mix together brown sugar, white sugar, marshmallows, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.

  2. Over medium heat, stir the mixture constantly until it comes to a full boil.

  3. Boil for 6 minutes, continuing to stir.

  4. Remove from the heat and add butter, vanilla, chocolate chips, and espresso powder.

  5. Stir together well, until chips and butter are melted and the mixture is smooth.

  6. Pour into a buttered 9x9x1-inch pan.

  7. Chill until firm then cut into small pieces.
