How To Make Melon Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe
  • ¼ watermelon
  • 1 honeydew melon
  • 2 cups strawberries, halved
  • 2 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup sour cream , or yogurt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar , or honey
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Scoop the cantaloupe, watermelon and honeydew melon into balls.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the fruits.
  3. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
