How To Make Lemon Curd Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.

In a food processor, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Add the chilled butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking pan to form an even crust. Bake for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and flour until well combined.

Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until set.
