How To Make Lemon Madeleines

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine pan, filling each mold about ¾ full.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the madeleines cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
