- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
