Ingredients

  • 2ripe bananas
  • 2tbspall-purpose flour
  • 2tsprice flour
  • ½tspbaking soda
  • ½tspsalt
  • 1tspsugar
  • oil,for deep frying
  • 1scoopvanilla ice cream
  • 1tbspchocolate syrup
  • 1tbspsweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.

  2. Stir in the all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking soda and salt until mixed. Mix in the sugar.

  3. Heat up cooking oil for deep frying in a small pan.

  4. Once the oil is hot, scoop up roughly 1 tablespoon of batter into the frying pan. Deep fry until golden brown.

  5. Place the fritters on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

  6. Serve the fritters with the vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sweetened condensed milk, and enjoy!
