- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
