  • 16ozconfectioners’ sugar,(1 package)
  • 3tbspbutter,softened
  • 6tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ¼cupcoffee,hot, brewed


  1. In a large bowl, combine the confectioners’ sugar, butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla.

  2. Beat on slow speed until combined. While beating, slowly add the hot coffee until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Frost cake and serve. Enjoy!
