- 2cupsflour
- 1tspgingerground
- 1tspcinnamonground
- 2tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- ¾cupshortening
- 1cupwhite sugarplus extra for rolling
- 1egg
- ¼cupmolasses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
