How To Make Chocolate Mint Puddles
Chocolate mint puddles are perfect for those who love this popular flavor combination. Each cookie has one whole mint melted on top of it.

Ingredients
- ¾cupbutter
- 1½cupsbrown sugar
- 2tbspwater
- 2cupssemisweet chocolate chips
- 2eggs
- 2½cupsall-purpose flour
- 1¼tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- 4½ozAndes mints,(3 pkg)
Instructions

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture. Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll cookie dough into small balls and place on cookie sheets, approximately 2 inches apart.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. After removing the cookie sheet from the oven, press a mint into each cookie and allow to sit for one minute, melting slightly.

Then, using a toothpick, swirl the melted mint to make a pattern. Allow to cool before serving.
