How To Make White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200g white chocolate, chopped
- 250g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g graham cracker crumbs
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the melted white chocolate and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of individual serving dishes to create the crust.

Pour the white chocolate cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.

Serve chilled and garnish with fresh berries or a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.
