Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of melted chocolate chips
  • Assorted Christmas sprinkles
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and eggs. Stir until well combined.

  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Bake according to the brownie mix instructions, usually around 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  5. Once the brownies are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely in the baking dish.

  6. Once cooled, use a round cookie cutter to cut out brownie circles.

  7. Insert a lollipop stick into each brownie circle, pushing it about halfway through the brownie.

  8. Dip each brownie lollipop into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

  9. Immediately sprinkle Christmas sprinkles over the chocolate coating before it hardens.

  10. Place the decorated brownie lollipops on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and let them set until the chocolate coating is firm.

  11. Once the chocolate has hardened, the Christmas brownie lollipops are ready to be enjoyed!
