How To Make Sloppy Red Velvet Pudding Cake
Rich and moist red velvet pudding cake with a deliciously gooey sauce on the bottom is a decadent treat you shouldn’t be missing out on.

Ingredients
- ¾cupall-purpose flour
- ½cupsugar
- ½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
- 1½tspbaking powder
- ⅔cupbutter milk
- 1tspvanilla
- 3tbspvegetable oil
- ½tspfood red coloring,regular or gel to desired color, I used about ½ tsp gel coloring
For Topping:
- ⅔cuppacked brown sugar
- ¼cupminiature semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼cupcocoa powder
- 1¼cuphot water
- ½tspred food coloring
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a 2 qt casserole dish, combine flour, white sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Combine milk, oil, vanilla & food coloring. Stir into flour mixture until well mixed.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Sprinkle over cake batter. DO NOT STIR.

Combine hot water and remaining food coloring over top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top looks cooked.
