
How To Make Cheesecake Filled Red Velvet Brownies
Curb your sweet tooth cravings by whipping up a batch of these red velvet brownies! They’re packed with tasteful cream cheese for a sweeter treat.

Ingredients
- red velvet cake mix,1 box
- 1tbsplemon juice
- â…“cupmilk
- ¾cupbutter
- 8ozcream cheese
- ½cupsugar
- 1egg
For Frosting:
- 8ozcream cheese
- vanilla frosting,1 jar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom only of a 9×13 pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to a â…“ cup measuring cup, then fill the cup with milk to â…“ cup. Set aside.

With a mixer, combine the cake mix, butter, and milk mixture.

Put half of the batter into the pan, then press to cover the bottom.

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese, ½ cup of sugar and egg. Mix until combined.

Remove the brownies from the oven, then pour the cream cheese mixture over top.

For the remaining half of the dough, roll it between 2 pieces of parchment paper to the approximate size of the pan.

Use a spatula to pick up pieces of the dough, then cover the top of the cream cheese.

Place the pan back into the oven to bake for 22 minutes.

Remove and cool completely, then cut into squares.
Frosting:

With a mixer, combine the vanilla frosting and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Serve with frosting on top, and enjoy!
