How To Make Ice Cream Dirt Cake

This decadent Ice Cream Dirt Cake is a delicious make-ahead dessert. Aside from the yummy crushed Oreos you get from top to bottom, between the chocolate layers lies a creamy pudding and cream cheese mixture that would melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 15.5 oz oreo cookies, (1 package) crushed
  • ½ cup margarine, (1 stick)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 ½ cups milk
  • 6.8 oz instant vanilla pudding, (2 packages)
  • 12 oz cool whip

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the margarine, cream cheese, powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes until it thickens.

  3. Gently fold in cool whip using a rubber spatula.

  4. Gradually fold in the cream cheese mixture until well-combined.

  5. In a baking dish, layer half the crushed oreo cookies in the bottom of the pan.

  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.

  7. Top it off with the rest of the oreo cookies and refrigerate for at least an hour until set.
