How To Make Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pint of chocolate ice cream
- 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup of crushed cookies
- 1/2 cup of hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup of whipped cream
- Sprinkles or chocolate chips for topping
Instructions

Allow the ice cream to soften for a few minutes.

Line a 9-inch round cake pan with plastic wrap.

Spread the chocolate ice cream evenly in the pan.

Sprinkle half of the crushed cookies on top of the chocolate ice cream.

Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the cookies.

Spread the vanilla ice cream over the chocolate layer.

Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies on top.

Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce over the cookies.

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.

Invert the cake onto a serving plate and remove the plastic wrap.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles or chocolate chips.

Slice and serve immediately.
