How To Make Chocolate Yogurt Cake
This chocolate yogurt cake skips the butter and uses yogurt to make a fluffy and moist cake, full of rich and decadent chocolate flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
- 1cupplain Greek yogurt,full fat
- 3largelarge eggs
- 2tsppure vanilla extract
- ½cupvegetable oil
- 1cupflour
- ½cupdark cocoa powder
- 2tspbaking powder
- ½tspsalt
- 1cupwhite sugar
- 1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a springform pan with baking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, oil and vanilla.

Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl, then them add to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Fold in half the chocolate chips, then pour batter into a springform pan. Top with remaining chocolate chips.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
