  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1 apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


  1. In a blender, blend the blackberries, diced apple, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.

  3. Pour the blackberry and apple mixture into the bowl with the yogurt and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Cover the pan with foil and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.

  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
