Ingredients
- 2 cups of plain yogurt
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

In a blender, blend the blackberries, diced apple, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.

Pour the blackberry and apple mixture into the bowl with the yogurt and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the pan with foil and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
