How To Make Tunisian Merguez Sausage Recipe
A spicy and flavorful sausage made with ground lamb and a blend of Tunisian spices.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb with all of the seasonings and mix well.

Take a small piece of the lamb mixture and roll it between your palms to create a sausage shape. Repeat until all of the mixture is used.

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Serve hot with your favorite sides or on a roll as a sandwich.
