Ingredients

  • 14 oz tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cilantro, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.

  2. Add bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

  5. Add tofu and tomatoes. Stir to combine all the ingredients.

  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until the mixture thickens and the tofu is well-coated with spices.

  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
