How To Make Tunisian Almond Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1/2 cup of ground almonds for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, salt, and ground almonds.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, oil, and almond extract.

  3. Add the egg mixture to the almond mixture and mix well.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  5. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and coat each ball with ground almonds.

  6. Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
