  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, place cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.

  6. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
