Ingredients
- 3 large oranges, zested and juiced
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
