How To Make Tunisian Semolina Bread
A traditional bread made with semolina flour that has a fluffy texture and is perfect for dipping in soups and stews.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of semolina flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of yeast
- 1 1/4 cups of warm water
- Olive oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.

Slowly pour in the warm water while mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Brush olive oil on a baking sheet.

Cut the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into round loaves or oval shape.

Place the loaves onto the greased baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
