How To Make Tunisian Brik Recipe
Crispy, savory pastry stuffed with egg, tuna, and harissa.

Ingredients
- 4 brik pastry sheets
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp of harissa paste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the tuna, harissa paste, salt, and pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

Lay a brik sheet on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center. Top with an egg. Fold the corners of the brik sheet to form a square and brush the edges with water to seal. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the briks until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with a wedge of lemon, if desired.
