Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

Preheat oil to 350°F in a deep fryer or large pot.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together egg and milk.

Use your hands to create rings out of the chicken mixture, about 1 inch in diameter. Dip each ring into the egg mixture, then back into the chicken mixture to coat fully.
