Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Thread the shrimp onto the wooden skewers.

  3. Brush the shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle seasoning mixture liberally on both sides.

  4. Preheat the grill over medium heat.

  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
