How To Make Texas Roadhouse Chili Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Add in diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic, sauté until vegetables are tender.
