- 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it starts to foam.

Add the sliced mushrooms and stir to coat in the butter.

Cook mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until they release their moisture and it evaporates.

Add garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

Add parsley, thyme, and salt and stir to combine. Serve hot.
