Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium-high heat until hot but not boiling.

  2. Add the steel-cut oats and stir well to combine.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, blueberries, honey, and sea salt.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
