How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Greek Chicken Recipe
Flavorful and juicy chicken marinated in Greek herbs and spices, grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken breasts and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
