How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Zucchini Noodles Recipe
A low-carb, healthy take on pasta using zucchini noodles and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes, and cook until onion is soft and translucent.

Add ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through.

Pour in chicken broth and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Add zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

Add basil and parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
