How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Grilled Chicken Recipe
Juicy and flavorful grilled chicken with a simple marinade and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over chicken. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to evenly coat it with marinade.

Let chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
