How To Make Rocco DiSpirito’s Egg White Omelette
A fluffy and delicious omelette made with egg whites only, perfect for a healthy and protein-packed breakfast.

Ingredients
- 8 egg whites
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, almond milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

Add the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.

Pour the egg mixture over the veggies and cook until set, about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the cheese over half of the omelette and fold the other half over.

Using a spatula, gently slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
