Delicious keto-friendly pizza crust made with cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, riced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Rice cauliflower in a food processor.

  3. Cook riced cauliflower in the microwave for 8 minutes.

  4. Let cauliflower cool and then wring out excess water using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, cheeses, oregano, garlic powder, eggs, salt, and pepper.

  6. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined.

  7. Pat the mixture down on a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden-brown.

  9. Add desired toppings.

  10. Broil for an additional minute and serve hot.
