Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add diced red onion and cook until translucent.

  3. Add smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve smoked salmon mixture on top of toasted bread with sliced avocado on top.
