Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat milk, cream, sugar, and salt until just simmering.

  2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until fully combined.

  3. Pour mixture into a bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. Churn mixture in an ice cream maker according to instructions.

  5. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add grape jelly.

  6. Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
