How To Make Richard Blais’s Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream
A nostalgic twist on a classic childhood favorite in ice cream form.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat milk, cream, sugar, and salt until just simmering.

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until fully combined.

Pour mixture into a bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Churn mixture in an ice cream maker according to instructions.

During the last 5 minutes of churning, add grape jelly.
