Ingredients
- 4 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers, sliced
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup croutons
- dressing:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Raising Cane’s sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange chicken fingers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mixed greens, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.

For the dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, Raising Cane’s sauce, white vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.

In a separate bowl, toss the chicken fingers with a tablespoon of the dressing.

Add the remaining dressing to the salad and toss to evenly coat.
