  • 1 lb Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
  • 8 pieces of lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onions
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Bake Raising Cane’s chicken fingers according to package instructions.

  2. Rinse and pat dry lettuce leaves.

  3. In a bowl, mix together diced tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, shredded carrots, cilantro, and green onions.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.

  5. Assemble the lettuce wraps by placing 2 chicken fingers and 1/4 cup of veggie mixture on each lettuce leaf. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
