How To Make Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger Lettuce Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
- 8 pieces of lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bake Raising Cane’s chicken fingers according to package instructions.

Rinse and pat dry lettuce leaves.

In a bowl, mix together diced tomatoes, red onions, cucumber, shredded carrots, cilantro, and green onions.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.

Assemble the lettuce wraps by placing 2 chicken fingers and 1/4 cup of veggie mixture on each lettuce leaf. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
