A Louisiana inspired classic sandwich filled with crispy chicken fingers and tangy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 8 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut the French bread into quarters, then slice each quarter lengthwise.

  3. Bake the Raising Cane’s chicken fingers according to package instructions.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Louisiana hot sauce.

  5. Spread the sauce on both sides of the sliced French bread.

  6. Place 2 chicken fingers on each bottom half of the bread.

  7. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.

  8. Cover with the other half of the bread.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
