A Louisiana inspired classic sandwich filled with crispy chicken fingers and tangy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 8 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of Louisiana hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Cut the French bread into quarters, then slice each quarter lengthwise.

Bake the Raising Cane’s chicken fingers according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and Louisiana hot sauce.

Spread the sauce on both sides of the sliced French bread.

Place 2 chicken fingers on each bottom half of the bread.

Top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
