How To Make Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger Quesadilla Recipe
A scrumptious quesadilla made with Raising Cane’s famous chicken fingers and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions

Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place one tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.

Add one chicken finger on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and cilantro, then add another 1/2 cup of cheese.

Top with another tortilla and press down gently.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.

Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
