How To Make Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger Quesadilla Recipe

A scrumptious quesadilla made with Raising Cane’s famous chicken fingers and melted cheese.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 Raising Cane’s chicken fingers
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Place one tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.

  3. Add one chicken finger on top of the cheese.

  4. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and cilantro, then add another 1/2 cup of cheese.

  5. Top with another tortilla and press down gently.

  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.

  7. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.

  8. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
