- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the shredded chicken to the spice mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the tortilla chips.

Top with the seasoned chicken, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, and diced red onions.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
