Ingredients

  • 12 chicken tenders
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • Fries
  • Raising Cane’s sauce or BBQ sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F to keep the cooked chicken warm.

  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

  4. Dip chicken tenders in the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.

  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 375°F. Fry chicken tenders for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve chicken tenders with fries and Raising Cane’s sauce or BBQ sauce.
