Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until mixture appears crumbly, then press into the prepared baking pan.
