How To Make Mounds Coconut Fudge Recipe

Rich and creamy chocolate fudge with sweet coconut flakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium saucepan, heat condensed milk and chocolate chips over low heat until fully melted.

  3. Stir in coconut, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.

  4. Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm.

  6. Cut into squares and serve.
