How To Make Mounds Coconut Brownies
Rich and gooey chocolate brownies loaded with shredded coconut and topped with Mounds bars.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 4 Mounds bars, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir together until fully combined.

Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.

Stir in the flour and shredded coconut until everything is evenly combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the chopped Mounds bars on top.

Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.
