Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 6 mini Mounds bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, and heavy cream.

  2. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped Mounds bars.

  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  4. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  5. Scoop and serve.
