Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup brownie bites
- Whipped cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs to the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine.

Stir in flour until just combined.

Pour batter into a greased 8-inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the brownies.
