  • 4 Long John Silver’s battered fish fillets
  • 8 small corn tortilla wraps
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook the fish fillets according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Warm the tortilla wraps by heating them in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and cumin to create the creamy sauce.

  4. Assemble the tacos by dividing the cooked fish among the tortillas, topping with shredded cabbage, jalapeño slices, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with the creamy sauce and serve immediately.
