How To Make Krispy Kreme Jelly Filled Donuts Recipe
Fluffy and sweet donuts filled with fruity jelly, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry jelly
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

Heat milk in a microwave or a stove until it’s warm (not hot). Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients using a stand mixer or a wooden spoon until dough forms. Knead the dough until it’s smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Roll the dough on a floured surface until it’s 1/2 inch thick.

Use a donut cutter to shape donuts and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rest for 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a pot until it’s 375°F. Fry donuts for 1-2 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.

Drain donuts on a paper towel and let them cool for a few minutes.

Fill a piping bag with strawberry jelly. Make a small hole in the side of each donut and insert the piping bag to fill with jelly.

Dust the donuts with powdered sugar and serve.
